Covid-19 Risk Assessment for Attending Hindon Parish Council Meetings
Please note the following guidelines:
- Do not attend meeting if you have any covid-19 symptoms.
- All persons attending a Social Distancing Parish Council Meeting must conform and respect the venue’s “Covid-19 Terms for use of Hall (Venue)”.
- Face Masks to be worn at all times.
- Use hand sanitiser on arrival and departing the hall.
- Wipe down tables, chairs and any equipment or facilities used with sanitiser wipes after use.
- Respect others with social distancing at all times.
- Should anyone experience Covid-19 symptoms with-in 14 days from attending a meeting, please contact the Clerk immediately to enable Track and Trace to be implemented.
