Covid-19 Risk Assessment for Attending Hindon Parish Council Meetings

Please note the following guidelines:

Do not attend meeting if you have any covid-19 symptoms.
All persons attending a Social Distancing Parish Council Meeting must conform and respect the venue’s “Covid-19 Terms for use of Hall (Venue)”.
Face Masks to be worn at all times.
Use hand sanitiser on arrival and departing the hall.
Wipe down tables, chairs and any equipment or facilities used with sanitiser wipes after use.
Respect others with social distancing at all times.
Should anyone experience Covid-19 symptoms with-in 14 days from attending a meeting, please contact the Clerk immediately to enable Track and Trace to be implemented.
