NOTE TO ALL VILLAGERS
Your Parish Council recognises the agricultural requirement for hedges to be left uncut between the 1st March and the 31st August.
This requirement does not however fully apply to domestic hedges which can be trimmed, with care taken for nesting birds.
Several of our Rights of Way are beginning to suffer from domestic hedges which need to be trimmed back. If your property borders such a path, please ensure that the passage is clear for both pedestrians as well as those needing mobility assistance.
